4/21/2004 This article, just issued yesterday, relates to an internal top secret memo that blows the lid on the entire Iraq situation. The author of the memo is very much in favor of the toppling of Sadam, which is all the more intriguing considering some of the criticisms he levels against the administration and the CPA.
